The instrument for evaluation of corporate entrepreneurship

Jurga Duobienė

Abstract

Corporate entrepreneurship is a process within the organisation and has a positive impact on its success. However, scientific knowledge about this phenomenon lacks a clear definition of it as well as research instrument. The demand of evaluation of corporate entrepreneurship and the instrument for this in organisations of agriculture also exists. Thus, the paper aims to develop and test empirically the instrument for evaluation of corporate entrepreneurship. The instrument was developed using the analysis and synthesis of existing knowledge in the research field and was tested empirically in qualitative and quantitative research using expert evaluation via individual interview and survey methods. The results of empirical testing confirmed the validity and reliability of the instrument for evaluation of corporate entrepreneurship. According to the results, the instrument is appropriate for using it in different groups of respondents and with various types of data collecting methods, so it is recommended for evaluation of corporate entrepreneurship in rural business.
