Trends of Service Quality Improvement for Companies Engaged in Buying Agricultural Production

When competition between companies, engaged in buying agricultural production is intense, those who wish to remain in business have to search for new service delivery ways. When companies are trying to detect this way's, usually they are using classic models of they services evaluation. Agricultural production buying service is specific one, this is why in searching for quality improvement directions it is necessary to use a specific service quality evaluation adapted models. The aim of the article is to present a custom service quality evaluation scheme for companies engaged in buying of agricultural production and to provide their service quality improvement trends. There were used such research methods like scientific literature and logical content analysis, comparison, systematic analysis and synthesis, generalization and modeling techniques. The article emphasizes importance of the users' perceived service quality and its improvement orientation. It is necessary to evaluate user perceived service quality coherence with the company’s service policy and standards provided.
