Factors of organizational culture favourable to innovations
Abstract
In order to create and implement innovations we need specific surrounding, values, attitudes – it means innovations favourable organizational culture. It’s formation is implemented by varies factors: creativity, risk tolerance, iniciativeness, management style, organizational structure. Aim of the research – theoretically justify, empirically evaluate and suggest recommendations in order to form factors of innovation favourable organizational culture. In the article concept of innovation and favourable factors are presented.
