A development of mangers' emotional intellect in the context of an increase of organization's performance efficiency
Over the past decade, the concept of emotional intelligence, as an alternative to the traditional intellectual has become widely known in management science. According to research carried out by many scientists, professional managers' activities characterized by high emotional stress caused by the high level of responsibility and intense interpersonal relationships. Many proponents of this concept argue that EQ provides significant benefits to organizations. Opportunities to increase management efficiency through the development of personality EQ, opens a new innovative business community development prospects in general. The aim of the survey is managers’ emotional intelligence influence to the organization's efficiency. The results of the survey showed that there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and performance organizations. EQ ranges of influence of financial and non-financial corporate performance indicators.
