The theoretical and methodological support of development strategical of Ukraine's agrosphere
The research’s actuality of the theoretical and methodological state of the strategies providing of agrarian sphere’s development is conditioned by the necessity of subjective specification of criteria and indexes which form strategic plans. The purpose of work is research the theoretical and methodological strategies providing of agrarian sphere’s development and the directions suggestion of its improvement in the context of the organizational-economic mechanism’s forming to realize strategies. The research has been developed with the use of the methods of induction and deduction, generalization, approach of the systems, abstract-logical, analysis and synthesis. The next methods such as structural, theory of action, private theories of strategy and modernization in an economic sphere have been used as leading theoretical and methodological approaches. As a result of research the main directions of the theoretical and methodological strategies providing of the Ukraine agrarian sphere’s development such as socio-economic, demographic, spatial-ecological have been determined. The reasons of the intercommunication’s absence between the theoretical and methodological, methodical and applied strategies providing have been found. It is suggested to develop the strategies providing of the Ukrainian agrarian sphere’s development with the use of the theoretical and methodological providing, both all process of the strategic planning and the separate criteria and indexes which characterize the state of its structural elements.
