Intensive growth strategy development trends in logistics services for agricultural organization providing companies

The growth of demand for logistics services in different agricultural organizations rapidly increases competition between those services providers. An application of intensive growth strategy is one of the ways for strengthening the competitive advantage. The main problem faced by the logistics company, which applying intensive growth strategy for their business organization is not enough explored user needs and a lack of basic development trends for services. The aim of the research is to make feasibility study of intensive growth strategy implementation options in logistical services for agricultural enterprises providing organizations and to present further development trends of such strategies. In order to objectively evaluate the logistics companies service quality in terms of customer point of view and to identify the areas of improvement of service quality attributes, questionnaire survey of users of logistics services were conducted. According to the data obtained, there were presented intensive growth strategy development directions for logistics services to agricultural organizations providing companies.
