Conceptual classification of the antecedents of an employee’s affective commitment to an organization
Affective commitment is the affective bond an individual feels toward the organization, characterized by identification and involvement with the organization as well as enjoyment in being a member of the organization. Scientific problem statement – undigested the multiple antecedents of an employee’s affective commitment to an organization. The objective of the research – provide the principal classification of the conceptual antecedents of affective commitment. The scientific research techniques: to verify the research there were used general methods of scientific research, such as scientific literature analysis and synthesis. In this theoretically based article generalized and classified the antecedents defining an employee’s affective commitment to an organization explain adequate job-related behaviours of individuals. Thus these conceptual antecedents should be also considered in human resource management practice of agricultural companies.
