The organizational and economic mechanism of rural entrepreneurship development

Abstract

Rural entrepreneurship development is one of the most necessary component of rural economic and social development. The necessity of application of the systems approach to development of rural entrepreneurship is grounded and institutional-synergetic model of organizational and economic mechanism of its development is offered in the article. The indicated model is researched as aggregate of principles, methods, regulators and institutional determinants which provide process of effective development of rural entrepreneurship. Based on conducted analysis, it was found out that the range of instruments to support and stimulate rural entrepreneurship can be united into four groups:  regulatory and institutional, financial and economic, socio-psychological. It was proved, that this model of organizational and economic mechanism of rural entrepreneurship development is quite  effective  and promising for use in domestic practice provided that it is adapted. The aim of the research is to develop a modern organizational and economic mechanism of entrepreneurship development in rural areas of Ukraine. The object of research: process of formation of the domestic organizational and economic mechanism of rural entrepreneurship development.
