Links between management culture and social responsibility in self-governing organization

Abstract

The paper presents empirical research results on management culture and social responsibility, which was carried out in the self-governing organization. The object of the research is links between management culture and social responsibility. The aim of the research: to justify the links between management culture and social responsibility after having determined management culture and social responsibility levels. The following objectives have been raised to achieve the aim of the research: (1) to determine the level of management culture; (2) to determine the level of social responsibility; (3) to justify the links between management culture and social responsibility. The main results of this research show that the increase of social responsibility is inseparable from the raise of management culture level.
