Degenerate organizational culture manifesttion and nepotism impact on employee

Abstract

This article presents the results of empirical research of the impact of nepotism on the degenerate organizational culture. The research was performed using the questionnaire developed by authors, which consists of two parts: the phenomenon of nepotism and degenerate organizational culture. The second part of the empirical study results, analysing manifestation of the degenerate organizational culture in the context of nepotism and the impact of nepotism on employee as a member of organizational culture is presented in this article. The object of the research: the impact of nepotism on an employee. The aim of the research: after evaluation of manifestation of degenerate organizational culture in the context of nepotism, identify the impact of nepotism on employee. The tasks of the research are as follows: (1) validate the reliability of the questionnaire for nepotism and degenerate culture links; (2) analyze manifestation of the degenerate organizational culture (3) identify the impact of nepotism on employee as a member of organizational culture.
