The application of entrepreneurship education model at university through personal knowledge and behavior change

Entrepreneurship is being developed in many schools of higher education, but there is still a lack of models of generalized entrepreneurship education process that would show not only the process of entrepreneurship education but also the factors that influence the external and internal processes. This article seeks to complement the research area of entrepreneurship education at the university through the change of personality knowledge and behavior. The researchers presents a conceptual model based on a models of planned behavior and behavioral stages. According to the developed model of entrepreneurship education process, a case study was carried out based on the activities of the Center for Entrepreneurship Education of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Aleksandras Stulginskis University. In this article, factors that comprise the model were analyzed and compared how the established model works and what components work on the model itself. The main objective of the article is to analyze the entrepreneurial education peculiarities, to form an entrepreneurship education model at the university, look at the change in personality knowledge and behavior, and to do case analysis at Aleksandras Stulginskis University.
